Alejandra Vernon has been drawing since she could hold a pencil. Self taught, she has developed a form of mixed-media collage which has evolved over several decades. Her aim is to convey the joy of a simple life and to depict images as they might appear in another realm of existence.

Alejandra cites Russian icons, 14th century Italian art and the work of Paul Klee as her primary sources of inspiration. Her award-winning artwork has been displayed in galleries from Boston to Beverly Hills and appears in magazines, journals, books, and most recently on the cover of a music CD.

Gallery-quality cards are assembled by hand, one at a time.
Vivid images are printed on professional grade, 100% cotton rag art paper, then mounted on hand-embossed vellum cardstock.
