Priscilla Fossek

Priscilla Fossek is a Southern California artist
recognized for her poetic and unexpected use of color. Her paintings,
done in a spontaneous and representational style, are about those
visual moments she treasures. On broad and painterly canvases, executed
with the flair of an exuberant hostess, Priscilla welcomes us into
her world to be soothed, comforted, and invigorated.
Art has been an integral part of her life. In
early childhood she painted with her artist mother and attended classes
at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. After graduation from the University
of California, Priscilla continued her education, studying under the
direction of Robert Frame, Ted Villa, and John Powell.
